This place is one of my favorites when trying to satisfy my hunger. I usually order Pares here but for now ill order a tapsilog. If ever you are craving for some tapa, this can be the place since its open 24 hours a day. Its open year round maybe except for Christmas, New Year or All Souls day.
Lets get to the good part, the tapfrilog. They instead serve fried rice with green peas, egg and carrots. More like a poor mans Yang Chow. The fried rice of their famous Pares! You can also use the Pares chili instead of sili if you prefer a spicy vinegar on the side. Chili Oil works well with vinegar IMO.

The tapa looks great, not dry or too oily. This is not too sweet, salty or garlicy, it tastes basic as what normal Tapa tastes like. Nothing special here except for its cheap price. It will still work if ever your craving for one since this is open 24 hours a day.

They even have a promo every weekend that cuts the original price of 55 pesos to 45 pesos! If you think thats cheap wait till you try "Tapsihan sa Palatiw" in Pasig.
If your not in the mood to eat tapsilog, you can also try the pares, sizzling beef or lomi. Parter's Pares and Mami House is located in Boni Serrano in front of the Camp Aguinaldo Gate. Theres another branch in Kamuning in front of a gas station. 100 pesos budget is good enough for this place.
